The Maryland Daily Record has named CEO and Author, Kathryn B. Freeland, as one of 2010 Maryland’s Top 100 Women. As a three time winner of this award, Freeland will be inducted into the Circle of Excellence at a special ceremony during the Maryland’s Top 100 Women event.
